What are your shipping options? We ship to all addresses in the United States:

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays.

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO may have extra charges.

Are your toys safe for children? Absolutely. All our wooden toys use non-toxic materials, lead-free paints, and child-safe finishes. They meet or exceed US safety standards (ASTM & CPSIA).
What materials do you use? We use premium natural woods (beech, maple, rubberwood) sourced responsibly. No plastic, no BPA, and no harmful chemicals.
Are the toys handmade? Yes, many of our toys are handcrafted or carefully finished with attention to every detail.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Personalized or custom orders are non-returnable.
How do I return an item?
- Contact us with your order number.
- Ship the item back with tracking (customer pays return shipping unless defective).
- Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days.
What if the item arrives damaged? Please send photos within 48 hours. We will replace or refund it immediately at no extra cost.
Warranty All toys come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
